Leon sent me some Tenex to make a split tail, the length of rope travelled over 10,000 kilometers to arrive at my place today. It's not available over here, and I'm looking forward to using it with the True Blue.

Thanks Leon, it is very kind of you!!! :) Liked the stamps as well!

Got your address now, so something might be heading your way too 8)

Sure is, and it reminds me that I need to renew my sponsorship, so heading your way, boss.

I'll bet you like that Tenex...I use an eye-eye hitch and knut with it...very smooth on my Poison Ivy and Velocity. It is easy to knick so keep sharp things away from it (duh!!)

Didn't know about the nickability (word), am aware of the relatively low melting point as discussed at the other thread.

It does slide easily on the true blue, as advised.

Ha, it passed customs inspection, so no kooties. You're just saying that to be mean, Blinky.

Both my climbing lines I use for everyday climbing are gifts from Leon himself! I was just thinking about that the other day when I was in the tree, thanks Leon!

Speaking of Leon, where is Leon? I hoped that he might check into this thread to take a bow.

Thanks for the kind thanks Jay, and you are most welcome. Do itashimashite! I'm sure I spelled that wrong, but you know...Don't touch my moustache! Sorry for the late reply, the internet has been down for a few days. Anyways, other Treehousers have been generous towards me in the past so I try to do the same occasionally. I'll be looking forward to that chair, as well. ;)

Jon, glad to hear those ropes have given you good use. it might be wise to start thinking about replacements, though. I recall giving you one of those almost a year and a half ago now...

Chip, out of respect to Jay that rope was thoroughly cleaned to ensure a lack of cooties. All cooties found in the process have been lovingly packaged and shipped to your address. I hope they bring you much joy.

Yeah.

Jerry was asking about the stamp. It's a stamp showing a couple hikers walking through a big tree grove. It says "Redwood Forest", and it's a $4.95 stamp. Cool stamp.

It's funny you say that Leon. They DQ'd my blaze line in the Western Chapter competition. Had to borrow another line. Climbing lines are on the top of my to purchase list!
