Here's my Christmas buck, along with a pic of my awesome hunting setup.

Actually thought it was a doe...turned out to be a button head. Stepped out the front door and shot him at 350-360 yards.

Mitchell Co. (steep-n'-deep in the NC mountains) forkhorn, taken November 12th.
Crossbow, because my wonky eyes and peeps don't get along any more.



Even with the micro-rack, it looks like he was a scrapper. (And yes, they all take a ride in a '98 Civic...)
