I would love to just ditch the chip truck and chipper and run a grapple truck with the bucket truck. it would probably be worth it with all the dumps charging for everything now after the hurricanes. but big trucks are big money.

What are the rates down your way Brendon? I still dump chips for free, but its $30 a load for brush. A truck that size is $60.

5/yd for chips, 10+ for wood. i still have many private dumps, so those are free. but when you are miles from a big dump ya gotta pay. the chips piles at these places are scary tall since the storms

I have used my chipper once since I bought the truck. I will still use the chipper, I can run two crews that way. At the landfill I use is 20 bucks a ton.

Man I cant wrap my head around how you guys pay to dump. They will send a log truck for free to come get big logs, and dumping chips/logs/brush is totally free here..
