Not the aerosol cans. I never tried Slime, but it comes in gallons. I used to buy 5 gallon pails from Gempler's and put it in a 1 gallon jug with a hand pump. I would imagine Slime is OK. Somebody here has probably tried it. Walmart or Tractor Supply handles it.

Gallon jug with a pump built into the lid like a soap dispenser?

Screw on pump for the gallon, with a hose you hook on to the valve stem. Gotta pull the guts out and after 10 pumps pull the hose off and let the built up air out.
