Sorry for the rube questions, but can you climb any tree you want? As long as you dont use spikes?

Climbing in the parks is not allowed. Despite it people climb it parks. You can be cited for it, and your gear confiscated. I had to appear twice in the courts to defend myself for climbing in the parks. From those experiences I learned you have to be stealthy.
