Could you explain a bit more how you adjust with your 'biner'ed' ends...sorry crane newbie looking for some tips...

I agree that there are truelly not many tree guys that could have pulled off that job and you made it look easy. Hats off to you
 
Perhaps you'd like to show it at one of your exhibitions, Jay? I'm sure it would bring the general quality of the show up considerably.
 
No doubt! Thanks for the kind offer, but it wouldn't do justice to show it without the bees...and in a gallery, somehow I don't think they'd allow it.
Kind of interesting to try, though.
 
More in how you are connecting the logs to the slings

How are you tieing those big peices to the hook.
How are you adjusting the slings and soforth and what knots are you using .
Some of thoes were huge picks man i know the sling were tight.
We deffinatly need help ballcing out big loads .In fact we have a monster removal next tuesday .
 
I would have paid money to watch you take that down! A Pro job all the way!!! 8)
