So you tore up the deal you made and will be starting again with the bargaining process? Tards.

They had the other brands, but not the Motorola. Friday, supposedly. That's alright, I'm not in a hurry. Definitely sticking with Motorola. Checking out the wide world of free apps right now.:/:

Anyone using some sort of stylus when searching the internet on a phone? So far, I've pushed all the buttons I was trying to push, but they are some tiny.

It depends on the type of screen; "capacitive" touch screens will not. "Grid-resistive" screens will.

Really cool app. Rob installed it on his Motorola XOOM today and measured trees :) Pretty dang cool! Once he gets it dialed in, we'll see how well it does for felling trees :)

ah, I had it, seemed a bit off indoors so I 86'ed it. Just put heart rate monitor back on, that and eBay along with Paypal get some use. Anyone use the Paypal app to accept payments for work etc?

I am actually going to be getting paid by paypal on a tree removal for the first time in January. But we will be using the customer's WiFi set up for that and a lap top. I wish I could just use the droid app... It is rare we have cell or internet access.

Cool. If you are using the clients WiFi, cant your phone ust poach a signal from that? Enable Wifi on the phone and it should autodetect, just need the passcode if ther is scurity onthe login. Or go to a McDonalds or Starbucks ;) Make sure to account for the user fees, what is it these days, a buck plus a percentage or something?

Nice, I think almost all the McD's here do it too. Do you guys have a McCafe section? we have a couple with them here, might be a PNW thing, to compete with all the starbucks etc.

No McDonalds... No Starbucks... Kat has a phone. I might get one next year just for another business number. 90 percent of the time.. I have no signal. Just the way it is.

I just upgraded my galaxy s to the s-3. I have an app on the s that I want to move over to the new phone but it is no longer in the market place. Is there a way through linking the phones or bluetooth that I can move that app over?

You just need to get a copy of the .apk file then you can install it from your sdcard as long as you have the option checked to allow non-market installs. There are apps to back up your data and apps to a desktop; then copy the *.apk to your new phone

I found out how to move apps to the sd card but this ap wont allow me to do it. Any advice?

Several file managers have an app manager built in. You may have to "change permissions" on a specific file to be able to move it.
