What Did Ya'll Have For Dinner Tonight?

I also had pizza tonight. A friend of mine just got back from Italy and wanted to make some Italian style pizzas, so off we went to the store for some cheese and veggies. She started the dough yesterday so all we had to do was throw it together, pop it in the oven, and eat. It was a damn sight better than I could get from any pizza place on this island.

Yup looks similar, nice barbs down the ridge of the tail, and around the wings. Eats really well tho' and quite expensive to buy in these parts.

tell you what last year I bought 5 big skate wings from down Felixstowe ferry off the fishing boats,bloody lovely...
