Pork noodles.

Take a pork roast and cook it a bit in the oven, then boil it till its done.

You take some noodles and cook them with the roast.

Spoon the noodles, meat and broth into a bowl and cover it with green onions, boiled eggs and a little crushed garlic.

Top with soy sauce and Sriracha!

Its a northern Montana tradition! Well, maybe not......sort of a old time Chinook thing.

Smoking ribs today on my new weber smokey mountain. I've always wanted a smoker and finally got one for Christmas this year. Well between illness and super cold temps I haven't been able to use it until today. A little windy, hence the cardboard. Hope I manage to pull off something edible atleast.

The meat. Pork ribs. Rubbed, they'll cook for 3hrs then get dressed to party and another hour to finish off. I'm smoking with some applewood chunks.

Is the bottle of wine to help with the taste Jim?

Just messing with you.
We had tacos. Kids seem to put them away well so might as well have them more often.

Well whiskey can make anything taste good. thats how I choke down a lot of the experiments my wife has:lol:
Tacos were good. Is it wrong that I put siraccha on them?
