I quit eating fast food. I miss it. I lost 40 pounds since fall though with my new diet changes. Problem is, I lost a lot of muscle too. I had some guns on me last summer. Now I don't.

My grandmother use to do them somehow with Velveeta in the middle I think she used a straw to extract the core and then filled them the same way. Good stuff. Ice cold cereal here tonight as lasagna has been made for tomorrow with company coming
