I remembered my camera today, so I took a couple pics of the bench vise setup on the truck. I'd prefer it on the back of the truck but the bed is way too high. I got a piece of 1/4" steel to put down under the vise to reinforce the top of the toolbox. I also silicone caulked the holes and put down a layer of Gorilla glue under the steel plate to keep water out.

I used it today. Worked good. I was worried that the vice was too small but it held the 660 OK.
