Really? Huh..it does. I'm looking at used motors....Fur get that.

Now I'm looking at a grapple truck....or a hiab on a small short stout chassis....

The GMC cabovers? Anyone like these....they look stout....or is the Fuso and Isuzu better......

My Irish mechanic says stick with 7.3 in a F550....Any F550 but no 6.0 motors ever.....I saw one with a blown motor at 10k miles....

The gmc cabovers should be pretty close to the Isuzu as far as I know. Would the gmc have a duramax? Duramax is an Isuzu engine. Just like the dt365 is the same as a ford 6.0.

They say the 6.0 can be built to be a great engine, the 6.4 left me weeping in the street

True. But I'm never going to do it. I also would never own a 6.4 either. Disposable diesel imo, that's susceptible to super expensive repairs.

6.0 is garb, I here 6.4 not much better....

the new 6.7 is good so far...7.3 is awesome as usual!!

Here's a few more photos of our new rig, we have a couple of modifications to make yet but overall we are happy with the outcome.

Our old rig was an F-250 pulling a 16' brush trailer. All tolled the rig was 38' long, our new truck is 18' end to end and we gain 50 cubic ft capacity. So when we're done with work we can easily go and park downtown for a nice burger and beer. 8)

Thanks Jim. That's Lucy in the foreground, she is very old and nice, never was a good guard dog. Samson however, the little black dog in the background, he's the guard dog, he's a real terror.

Thanks Jim. We decided to hire pros to build the main structure of the box and we did a few add on's. 5k for the box.

Very true. This truck is certainly one of a kind and custom tailored. Hopefully the engine holds out!

Does it dump Levi? And does it have a hitch on it? Looks like a great set up to me an to agree with jim, the customizations make things great
