I've said this before...put you head in a lion's mouth enough times, your turn will eventually roll around, odds are. You have to behave on every single fell/top/buck like this is that time. That way you have a bit of a chance that the mitigations you took help you survive the unlucky universe.

Seemed like he was having trouble going uphill over limbs carrying the saw. I think a smidge more cleanup and leave the saw.

That’s a bit high level- face after back cut. And using a machete/cleaver?!?:\:

It’s crazy how the innernets full of crazy stuff like this but it’s stuff you’d barely believe is possible if you didn’t actually see it in HD vid

I would go with no face undercut and matching top cut to make it lay flat, preferably with a saw bigger than 201.

Kinda silly chatter and presentation but that Manitou she strong. @lumberjack you ever think of making work site vids?

😂 I know him, he has a buddy that does most of the filming and editing.

Our Manitous are the same max capacity but mine has an extra section of boom giving it an extra 13’ of height and 14’ of reach. Mine also weighs 8300lb more to accommodate that longer boom and I assume I have decently better capacity at farther radii.

I’ve thought about it, although normally I do time lapses because they’re easier. Guessing job videos could be interesting?
