Do you know what they are doing on the farm? Obviously it was a dairy farm. I read that 3 out of the last 20 years were profitable for the average dairy farm. Small ones have mostly gone out. Tough being a farmer. If it's not the weather it's world politics or oversupply.

It’s a hobby fam that the owners rent out to larger farms. There a few cows on the property maybe 20. I think they are Oberwise producers so the animals are pampered so to speak. Low stress lots of grazing land and a mile of river. It’s a sweet property!

I dropped a couple of rotten poplars this morning.
