I had this happen today with a river birch, stalled at a 45*, hinge was cut up fine enough but just not enough momentum.

Cool gig with the bees again here.
H.O had planned to leave it as it wasn't split when the other half fell out but he noticed a vertical split forming.

Bee keeper helping me move the hive and help me with the transport.

some cool work guys! heres mine from this week. redwood multi trunk pushing a water main out of the ground. took two days with two climbers to brush it and two smaller redwoods out, then a long day with the crane to load out six truck loads of logs, and finally a full day to grind the stumps. i am beat, and i think i pulled a muscle in my shoulder heaving the 461 around all day yesterday. boss ended up going out and buying a brand new 088 after realizing the saws we had were not up to the task on the stump.

this guy was not pleased.
