Vegetable oil is preferred, soy is best but animal fat can be used. It has a higher gel point than veggie oil tho. Animal fat is better suited for synthetic motor oil blends, cosmetics, dog food, chicken food. It’s probably in stuff I don’t even want to know about.

I've always thought Echo Red Armor oil, and Echo rubber parts smell fishy like Japan is using fish oil.

Let's just say when they have a leak it will build a blob of fat where it drips to, and yeah you might wanna wear clothes and boots that you were gonna pitch anyways, and fresh ones so you can strip it off before you even get to your truck.
