New guy at work has a Venezuelan girlfriend. She got pulled over for a cracked windshield today. Apparently the cop didn't think she should be driving on a Florida learner's permit.

Nothing I can find in a quick search of MA restrictions about it except he must be 21, a year of driving experience, licensed and sit next to her... she must be 18 and with licensed parent or guardian if between midnight and 5am.
