haha...played this many times in a couple bands I was in. Banjo player (Tim Ellis) used to sing it...never actually heard any recorded version before.

It's not only got goofy lyrics but the chord progression is out of norm too...it can be a challenge until it becomes natural to play.

A good friend, Bob, that I worked with in the Summers in the early to mid 70's had a Gibson gittar...he played and sang that one so much I can get through most of the lyrics...makes my grandsons crazy!!
