Wild rice stuffed chicken breasts, fresh shrimp and crabmeat slathers.
Maybe a beer or two too.

We are going to go for a hike and then my mother-in-law is having us over for dinner. Its sunny and should be in the mid 40's so it should be a great day for a hike in the foothills.

The Beer in the Rear Chicken was a smashing success. Heavens that was a good bird! My chess pies tasted good but didn't set right. The recipe may need tweaking for altitude.

One of my neighbors (the hottie Hispanic babe with the ultra-fine assets) just stopped by and handed me a huge plate of food. mmmmmm, looks like turkey, potato salad, yellow rice with black beans, candied yams, stuffing and a dinner roll. And I just peeled off some honey baked ham so it looks like I'm eating hearty tonight.
