Stuck truck

Had a flat bed load my bandit 250 up and haul it to my house with the axle broke in two for 75 bucks and maybe 8 miles. Had my old chip truck with 15 yards of chips towed from the job to the shop maybe 15 miles for 85 bucks. Only time I had a big truck winched out of the mud I wasn't paying for it so don't remember the cost
 
That's the truth. Guy got pinched for bad plates,no insurance, no license. $785 for a 10 mile tow and one night storage on a Mack 6-wheeler dump. Tow company said that the police dept in that jurisdiction dictate the tow and storage charges as a condition of the tow contract. If the truck owner had called for the same tow it would have been $300.

Proof positive that stupid should hurt... and sometimes does. :lol:

Yup. When my bucket was righted and then towed away I ended up supplying the pics that the tow truck driver needed to give to the insurance company because the bill was over 1g.
