I wouldn't fool with that fixed jet POS either .Those things will drive you nutz if you aren't already there .
 
Thanks Al that is the first thing I would do also chuck that sucker.
Willie, on the older 020s, and 020Ts, the settings are 1 1/4 on each screw.
The MS200 and the MS200T the settings are L- 1 and H-3/4 turns.
From what I found there are 8 different carbs that have been used on these saws. Good luck and let us know what you find.
 
Willie, the bigger bottom screw is the idle stop set. It doesn't affect mixture at all but it holds the butterfly open to increase idle speed. If you have it set at 1 turn out from bottom then it's wrong and will force the saw to idle too high.

that was the problem, works good now!!
