Country music doesn't translate in the UK. We don't have deserts, cowboys etc. The only fans of the genre are rural types that don't get out much. and Gypsies of course. I also don't get Bangra either.
Always exceptions of course. Red hot band too.

I'm interested in how people view this thread. Personally I watch/listen to every track I either already like or have never heard before. If I'm not feeling it, I skip a bit along in the track and if it's still not working I move on.. sometimes I go and do a search for further music by the artist, then suddenly my credit card has been spanked on Amazon/I tunes etc and 4 hours have gone by.
What are the criteria for grabbing your time on this thread?

I skim what /i don't know and either stop or go depending on how it goes

I usually listen to about everything.. I do what you do Jason.. Listen a bit to stuff I don't know and run through it a bit to see if I can find something I like about it. Maybe check one or two more songs by the artist ...
Stuff I know I will listen to it if I am in the mood to.
Sometimes I post what I am listening to off my HD or what I might hear somewhere that catches me. Or someone posts something that inspires me.
