Oops, I forgot the specs: 7" diameter, 20" long, fits 150' of 7/16" or 120' of 1/2" line. I guess this a bit bigger than you were thinking.
What about this? It's a gear bag made by Buckingham specifically for this purpose. The main difference is that this one can be carried on the leg or attached to the saddle.

I just started using this bag today! It barely BARELY fits my 200' 11mm line. Wish it fit 200'. Its very heavy duty, don't see it wearing out for a long time! Like how it can be attached to your saddle "comfortably". Or for setting chokers on a crane job it could be worn on the leg. I'm going to thrash it for a bit, but i like it.
I like the looks of that one. I wonder if that has some type of snap or d-ring to attach to a saddle..
