Oops, I forgot the specs: 7" diameter, 20" long, fits 150' of 7/16" or 120' of 1/2" line. I guess this a bit bigger than you were thinking.

That would be great if they reduced there price by about 60 to 70%. I am sorry to be a downer, but please remember that I am probably the cheapest person on this forum.

I agree about the price. I main just meant what do you think of the bag? If it could be priced more reasonably, is it similar enough to what you are looking for?

I just started using this bag today! It barely BARELY fits my 200' 11mm line. Wish it fit 200'. Its very heavy duty, don't see it wearing out for a long time! Like how it can be attached to your saddle "comfortably". Or for setting chokers on a crane job it could be worn on the leg. I'm going to thrash it for a bit, but i like it.

I ditched the leg straps, it never really attached to the leg tight enough for me.

Yeah i can see that. I want to try it hanging horizontally on my saddle. Even 150' velocity is tight. Def seems a little small. But like i said before tough as nails. It will be my bag to jump out of the bucket or toss doing crane jobs.

I like the looks of that one. I wonder if that has some type of snap or d-ring to attach to a saddle. I acutally bought a Buckingham glove bag on e-bay for $10 and it works pretty well..... to be honest, I have not climbed with it yet, but it fits my rope perfectly. I still would change the shape and top, but the glove bag is the best thing that I have had so far.

I love it - the bag says to always wear your gloves, but it's made for holding your gloves while you're not wearing them. If we did what the bag said, we wouldn't need the bag. :|:

Thanks Nick. Do you think you could put a draw string top on that canvas glove bag?

Yep. There'd be a few easy ways to do it. One where you just put a few grommets in around the outside and run the string through the grommets (that'd be the easiest and something anyone can do from home) and the other would be to sew some webbing over the rope to make a hem and run the cord through that, then the other would be where you put a flap of fabric so that it closes up like a little baloon knot like many of the chalk bags rock climbers use
