I think we lug enough essential items without the inclusion of cookware, can't say i ever recall thinking "damn if only I'd decided to bring that frypan it would have made this job much easier". My groundies are a pretty creative lot, if they couldn't find a bucket, pot plant, scrap metal/timber/tree part/rocks to fortify then I'd be dissapointed

I used plywood to protect bushes,priced flowerbed even a small dogwood once.

treebilly, how do you put marking tape on (and get it off) service lines?

Service lines are usually low so off of a 12' step ladder or if they run through the tree just reach out. Or from the bucket truck. It's rarely a electric service drop as they are thicker and easier to pick out.
