We got tired of our mini radiator cover and fan assembly always clunking around .Plus the mounts were terrible and good chance with continued running the fan was sure to hit the shroud.
So we added another eletric fan , runs real cool now and we housed the entire assembly in the bomber set up.
Now the whole she bang is 50% quieter.

I'm surprised there was nothing there from the start. I could only imagine how easily it could get trashed. The Thomas has a hard plastic shroud on the front, works good. Some of these manufacturers get me thinking. Kinda like the Ramrod with the fan hanging off the side, hmm not a good idea.

Looks good.

No Bivys older Boxer had a way better cover on the front than our newer model did.
On ours within 10 hours all the bolts holding it down snapped , I had to re tap umm all.
We finally just got over it.
Another thing the fan housing was pethetic, slightest bump and you could hear the fan grazing the housing.
Well no more.
And hidden in that little tank is the additional eletric fan.
I wish yall could here her PURR.
