Not on an iPad my friend, I wouldn't annoy you otherwise. Haven't touched my PC in years!

What's the trick, tapatalk or some other app?

I know this isn't the point of your thread, but anyway...

I've worked with a whole lot of female climbers over the years...and there were not all that many who could humble me. I can clearly recall two who could give me a run for my money, as a pure climber. Saw handling skills, rigging skills, not even close for them to match up to this old dog. But frankly, of the hundreds of male climbers that I've trained or worked production with, the number that could match or surpass is hardly any more :D.

My point? There are women who can be every bit as amazing in a tree as men...and there are not that many of either sex that are THAT amazing :)...'cause using my yardstick, I've never been all that amazing either 8).

Burnie, you couldn't sashay up that skinny little sway pole 100 feet like Wallenda's wife did, and you know it!

Think you're Kipling's Mowli in the tree with a steel tooth?

Go get em tiger!

Is it the reading that is a challenge to you, or just comprehension?

You're a hard man to get along with Jomoco, but I already knew that and should have steered clear. Note to self...

for one look closer...most anyone can go up a ladder.

two...trees would be much easier to climb and deal with if they all had the consistent, dependable sway that pole/ladder does. Seems all the possible defects we run into in trees don't exist in the "pole" either...

I don't see the two things having anything in common.

Pure ole cussed orneriness I guess Burnham.

I've been told a humble n contrite heart's a good thing for old climber's to get accustomed to.

I've been told about brave loggers and blue oxes too!

Depends on your view point Fiddler.

Any climber that's been up a skinny ole 75 foot wash fan Palm and looked down from the top?

For some reason I expected helmetcam vids to be seriously realistic of the climber's perspective.

Those expectations were naive at best, partially realized at most IMO.

However that's by no means saying a superbly realistic 3D helmetcam's not eminent here any moment.

I couldn't believe how far the trunk sways 175 feet up a 225 foot conifer when the wind blows,20-30 feet.

Ye Haw!

Adding insult to injury?

Along comes a crew of young n middle aged mothers, barefoot or in sandals, casually ascending tall coconut palms with ease, doing zero damage to the tree other than robbing its fruit!

It's humblin I'm tellin yu!
