Some time back I attended the auction to liquidate the holdings of a contractor I once worked for .He had sold out previously to a man who knew nothing about the electrical contracting business and thusly bankrupted the company .
There was a 46 foot rear mount Hi-Ranger FI boom .Problem was the dumbasses had bypassed the "Dead Man" switch using electrical cable down the outside of the boom.It went for less than 1800 .
My thoughts were it would do okay for something like erecting pole barns etc .I didn't buy it though ,just one more thing to work on .
