I do believe it could!

I know that equipped with the right bucket n thumb? A big track hoe can rip out 4 ft dia euc stumps in three easy moves. Split downward, rip this away, backhand thataway, game over, except loading with thumb.

Capable of tearing out and loading an entire week of my crews stumps in one friggin day, onto 45 foot end dumps.
