Impressive tree, and great work, PC....
I've worked on a coupla large liriodendron here in Wa, and a few normal sized ones--as in under 100 feet and 4 feet dbh. Pruning only, as we have few. One has twin 4.5 foot dbh trunks, and the other is a bit smaller.
But they like our climate. The second largest in the state has increased in girth dramatically in the last 15 years..and is pushing 140 feet and 5.5 feet dbh. It is a nice specimen, I've not worked on it, did talk to the owner years ago.....
