I'm not certain if Ohio gets as humid as Louisiana but it can get bad .Everything rusts .Plus before this general weather warming trend it wasn't uncommon to have from 15-20 below zero to over 100 degrees in a year .

Remember where you are at .Night before last it was 41 here with a high of 52 .My geo thermal is still running on heat .

That's one reason I don't use air conditioning. I see guys get in their truck to cool down then go back to work, you don't last long doing it that way.

I acclimate back to the heat or cold, generally. If I've got the a/c going, I'll drive with the windows down for the last couple minutes. Same for heat.

Bush air conditioning: Windows down and drive faster.

Heating: Windows up.

*Might not work in Louisiana or some northern states.
