Before I left for work I put a boneless pork shoulder in the crock pot. Rubbed with brown sugar, paprika, s+p. Slow cooked in cider vinegar, red pepper, cayenne, sugar, dry mustard, worcestshire, garlic salt....mmmmmmm

damn Brian that looks good...my new fav place is a Dominican resteraunt that has similar stuff, good protein and plenty of rice n beans for a good price.

Took wifey on a suprise date downtown. Had dinner at an Italian Restaurant in Bostons North End (famous for their italian population) we had chicken parm.:)
