That tree just had to be full o' gawd-knows-what. That'd be the most unnerving part of it, imo. Ants, bees, spiders, critters, nests... It would've taken him 10 min. just to climb down if something happened. Punky wood, too. Jayzus.

Unbelievable. The tree isn't really dead, but actually completely rotten.
This vid is the one which impressed me the most. At this time, I was a rookie in tree work but even now, I can't imagine to be able to handle such a tree.
He's a master Jedi!

Looks like the tree had to to be taken down, and in a very safe, controlled manner. That was an awesome video!!!
Congrats to the entire crew. Looks like some great rope/rigging work. Also some great camera work.
I would love to do tree work like that, I just don't have the skills(yet).

It should be interesting to see, but not in this case with the footbridge just under it.
And I prefer Graeme's work by a large way.
