Great story, Gerr.

I dunno for some odd reason I only intake about as much calories as I burn up .I guess it's good because I weigh 212pounds the exact weight I was when I was discharged from the navy like 44 some years ago .

They say beer makes you have a beer belly .Not for me and I drink more than my share .Eat well ,I can't explain it .

Throw away the scale. Just go on how you feel.

I had a freezer just like the one one the left for over 30 years, General Electric it was still going when I upgraded to frost free a few years ago. No door shelves now.:(

Think I might get a few of these, I'm running low on Roo burgers.

Open range and sustainable, nice!

How are the harvested? Shot by hunters or is it more large scale somehow.

Roo shooters, that's why a lot of people won't eat it. Good money if you can do it. I thought about it once, worked on a sheep station for a while that was isolated and hot enough and you got fed well and had a bed.

Not too many want to do it now, red dirt, hot and middle of nowhere and it's hard work.http://www.theaustralian.com.au/executive-living/roo-the-day/story-e6frg9zo-1226798293884

There's a short video about Peter Absalom and Macro in here.http://www.abc.net.au/7.30/content/2014/s4021824.htm

That was a very interesting article on the Roo harvesting, thanks for post it Steve.
