Yes amazing what a fine woodworking craftsmen can do. I saw similar work at a shop in Venice ,Italy. There they had a full sized Ferrari car made out of wood right down to perfect detail, totally amazing.

Making that would require time and commitment, and lots of glue. There are a few other models around.
