bob should have the spring loaded prototype today. unfortunately ive spent all my time this week talking to the bank and my cpa before i even touch any of the money. i have gotten the cad model updated to all the new features. still working on all the finer details and waiting to hear back from the machinist on what more he needs. i have also had a few very interesting conversations with a couple of very well known us based gear manufacturers , we will have to see where that goes...

Never mind...I checked my Ashley and no akimbo knot there. Here is what I found on the web:

John Shaw's 'The Directory of Knots' has the akimbo...I could not find instructions or a video yet.
