The Official Work Pictures Thread

Extracting a fallen ash out of a river.
Couldn’t get the last 5metres of trunk out, still rooted into the bank, too deep to get to with the chainsaw.

Back tied the butt to keep it off the pipes. Skipped the tether because I was concerned it might pull the butt back. Used the Cummins momentum generator instead.

Sizwheel, double hinge, no Dutchman.

Gun to the lay, heavily tapered hinge.

Really pretty wood, should have asked to keep the butt log. One remaining lead along the fence needs to come down, and the one across the fence needs all the side stuff taken off so only it’s vertical remains.

Yesterdays job was a bit of a slog in the heat and fighting sap.

Large pine to remove and then another over solar panels and decking.

Rigged and free falled the larger tree and then used that as a rigging point to swing everythin away from house.

No before picture as to busy.

All the logs on the floor were snatched from the larger pine. Had one rodeo moment and a few smoking ropes.

Back this morning to fell the stick and log up for firewood.
