I wanted to rest today, but at 13:00 I received an offer to remove this pine tree. I called my partner, but he had urgent business today. Anyway, I went to this place alone. In fact, it turned out to be 10-15 minutes longer than if we had worked together. The photos and videos were taken by the landowner.

Another interesting day out in the field today. Had these Pacific white-sided dolphins join us during part of the boat ride. If you slow down to the right speed they often will head to the boat just to play.

Nah the 45 is a Hypertherm, the 100 is an Everlast.

How are you liking the Everlasting? Looks like it gouges well.

It does fine and was ~1/3 of the cost of a Hypertherm 85 with the hand and machine torch. If I was in to heavy production I’d be interested in a Hypertherm.

Everlast consumables are very cheap compared to Sync cartridges, Hypertherm last longer.

I don't do anything except pruning, shaping, demolishing, sawing trees. I don't have time for anything else.

What happens to the waste/wood?

It all depends on the quality of the wood - if these are rotten trees, then everything is exported to a special landfill, if it is business wood, then everything is exported to specialized woodworking enterprises. If the wood is good, then this is a pretty significant bonus to my income.

He’s been asked that before, iirc its not his responsibility, he gets them on the floor and it’s the city authorities job to get tractors/lorries in to deal with it
