ummm, no. Having the frame over your shoulders means you're incapable of sitting up straight unless you get off the damn thing. Hunching over is fine for a few minutes but quickly becomes torture. Horrid design.

From what I can see, as the toe is pointed down, the tab is pivoted out of its slot in the pole mounted rack. Then, as weight is placed back towards the heel, the foot pad is pivoted level forcing the tab to engage another slot in the rack. Similarly, the safety is pivoted up to disengage it's tabs from the rack - then back down to re-engage. It's ingeniously simple and looks to be quite safe and efficient.
Now if we could just get trees to grow racks like that ...

I wonder how good that system would be with high voltage tower work, for example, where you need to move away from where you have climbed in order to work.. Are you going to keep the devices on yourself, or stow them somewhere? How would it be hooking up from the top to go down?

If I found out that a teacher treated either one of my kids like that there would be some serious ass beating going on. My brother is a well respected teacher and after twelve yrs of it he had never seen such an abusive teacher. Fat prick got less than he deserved.
