I did one a whole lot like that over-the-house leaner some many years ago now...red alder over a FS guard cabin, about the same size.

I was frickin' exhausted by the end of it. Hurt for two days after, as I recall it. That may have been the point where I said to myself, "you need to do more rigging, ya dumb beast".

Young me did hundreds of Eucs like that in Austrailia, mainly because there was rarely a groundy you could trust to hold a rope.
