At the ski area we had a computer in the snow making office and every now and then someone would load up the Hartman sound board and play stuff over the radios. I was in the compressor room with the electrics running and the reach around bit came over the radio. All I can say is it was good it was after hours.

Getting a Little Squirrelly

Removing a massive silver maple today, our tree crew noticed the hollow nature of several of the spars. So while we were using our grapple to crane out a spar, a handful of squirrels made a "leap for their lives" to escape. These common gray squirrels show adaptation in action as they became flying squirrels for a moment. (Note: to the best of our knowledge, no squirrels were harmed in the making of this video).

Kinda rough pick there, eh? I like to leave some holding wood when I think its gonna get "squirrely" like that. LOL.

From that ESPN series, A Football Life, on various nfl stars, it features Pat Tillman, a true patriot and leader. You definitely do not need to be a football fan to appreciate this show. Pat Tillman has inspired tens of thousands of people even after his death in Afghanistan. If you need a little inspiration, click on it.
