That is a cool looking invention. I'm going to try to remember to ask my beekeeper about it. He just harvested a bunch of honey yesterday I think. Took him hours and hours to mess with the twenty hives he keeps at my place. I love having honeybees around. Totally cool stinging insect, easy to get along with.

I looked it up and the site sells them for about 700. Might be able to find them for cheaper if you look.

Seems pretty reasonable actually.

I also read an article that said the hives were bullshit.

One of the reasons was that it takes the "magic" out of beekeeping. No shit.

I freaking hate plastic.

A necessary evil I guess, but Jaysus it all gets thrown away.

I like glass and metal containers. I save and reuse them.

Same here. Re use lots of plastic containers and bags of any size, too. Big dog food bags can hold alotta chit.
