I'd be interested in seeing the space between the dbl row of vertical stitching that blew-out as well as how tight the stitching is!

The distance between the two vertical stitch rows should be at least 1/8" apart. Closer than that would create a weak vertical line that has the potential of blowing-out. Kinda like a perferated line in paper!

The same could have been done it the stitching was to tight, adding more holes along the stitch row would cause the same effect.

That said, after looking at Justins pics, the fact that the bag ripped at all suggests the bag was very full and had no give to it. Depending on the location of the initial impact on the bag as it hit the ground, something was likely to give!

I'm very impressed that the bag didn't have more damage, such as a full length tear, as would normaly be expected!!! Cool.
