It's a video player, with much better controls, and has been around for quite awhile. The irony of course is vlc uses a traffic cone looking thing for when it's loading and such, and as the symbol for the software. Also, since it's commonly used for watching porn, the fact that she is sitting on the cone is even more fitting

And she's on the phone.

Didn't make me laugh at all, since I could easily see myself making the same mistake.

First time I rented a topless Mustang in California and went to gas it up, I couldn't figure out how get the part of the rear fender, that is in front of the gas cap, to open.
Ended up asking the gas station owner for help, but she couldn't figure it out either.

Eventually, in frustration, I banged my fist on it, hard, screaming: " You effing piece of American shit".............and it opened.

So I didn't get much of a chuckle out of the Tesla video.
