You find statement questions easy to understand?

Statement questions are confusing and presuppose something to be the case as compared to an open- ended question, especially in some situations such as in loud treework environments or emotionally charged situations?

I wrote the original post as examples.

¡In Spanish, they start written sentences with punting unless it is ending in a period/ full-stop!

From the get-go, the reader knows it is a question or exclamation.

People might say, "It's a question?", rather than, "Is it a question?".

Statement-questions/ declaration questions don't use interrogatives, such as Who, What, Where, When, Why, nor word order to express a question at the beginning (e.g. Do you know...?, Is it...?).

A statement-question relies on intonation that is also found in straightforward questions (Idk what you call a question that sounds like a question, as in the game show Jeopardy). I find that intonation to commonly be absent/ minimal.

A statement-question is commonly 'loaded'. It's common for lawyer-speak when questioning a witness.

I see it commonly in rebuttal (as I just saw in a TH thread. A hypothetical... "So, we are supposed to just let Putin _______?

That's more clear?

Another communication thing that I observe is how often people are overconfident in their understanding of another person. Commonly, this lack of awareness of a misunderstanding comes to light when it becomes apparent that people are having 2 different plans or conversations. "Oh, I thought ________" is commonly heard.

Strangely, people seem to have difficulty with hearing what is said. Once, I asked an employee to assist me to hold up a bit of a heavy gate that we were installing at my shop. With a call-and-respond check-in/ instructions, I was kneeling, lift from beaneath the gate, with him lifting from the side while standing. I said, "This isn't going to work". He set the gate down on my hands. (Too heavy for one person to set up... not heavy enough to cause any injury with soft soil beneath).

I think this question should be asked as follows: ,,So, we are supposed to just let Biden _______?’’
What do you think Biden should do in this situation?

Do you think that Biden's _______ is sensible/ allowable/ reasonable/ unconscionable/ _____?
