Was just looking at those pics again.. It really stirs something in me.. Like it was just yesterday... Those were high charged emotional times. I am so lucky I grew up and got to watch it all and was old enough to remember it... Absolutely amazing it was!

There are stories about how the situation of being an astronaut has changed their lives....seeing the earth from the perspective from space. Having a profound experience like that, the dedication of so many people combined to achieve a successful mission, and the risks incurred, you'd think that it might piss them off alright, if someone gets in their face about it and challenges the authenticity.
