I always hated corvettes only because it is hard for me to get in and out of them.

I'm scared of fiberglass bodies and my butt riding 6 inches off the ground.

A poor client gave me a real nice one only 2 years old once. Ended up getting rid of the damm thing.

Yeah, that '57 Corvette I USED to own commonly sells for $100-135K.
I could buy MB's dream truck with that or even the '09 ZR1 Corvette.
And sitting in a fiberglass body is still safer than riding a motorcycle.
I gave up riding motorcycles in 1995....traffic is too crazy with inattentive idiots
crossing the centerlines and sudden lane changes.

I gave it up for exactly the same reasons. Except I stopped riding in '84
