Interesting strategy. How does that work out on paper? Does that Rental Income just go to your personal income tax, and not part of your business earnings, for the sake of insurance?

Wow to all who have replied, I'm a learning Interesting to say the least that there are options. I do love being self employed yet I loved my life more when I went to work and came home, less stress for sure. I have felt lately that so much of my time is spent justifying the costs of the work to the potential client
. Truth be told I'd do it for people for free if I was independantly wealthy
