Sometimes I get to aggressive with it, mainly on the pole saw with the Zubat blade, it either binds or gets pinched, bends and snaps. Never had a problem with Sugoi or Hayauchi on the pole saw.

-I couldn't live without coms. I use the Sena 20s for my whole crew, also Trials and Enduro and Downhill Mtn. Bike, and the film crew when we are doing a shoot.

Isn't that just a Sugoi with a hand guard. I have both sizes of the Sugoi and like the bigger one. I use the Tsurugi for the really tight crotches.

Put a new blade on my Hayauchi today...OMG...WHY did I hang on to the old one for so long!
Cut like buttah!

We dented the second section a while back, the pole won't collapse properly any more but I found a good dealer in Australia, very good prices, ordered a new second section...and a new scabbard, old one blew off on the way home one day...

I read that Sherrill has some of the Silky blades made thicker and more hearty for them and the North American market than what was standard. One possible thing to check.
