Looking at it today, it's pretty cake. I'll sleekly modify the rear access cover to allow a pipe to come out of it. The turbo is right there, and with a 90* elbow off the turbo it can go right into the chipper chute with the flex link in the middle. I do need a flex link like ed posted, as my belt is tensions by moving the engine forwards. I'll probably gather some parts and wait till a bit of down time.

Looks like your all set to go!

Those mesh flexi links are great. Give yourself an inch or two of extra pipe inside the pipe join, to allow for belt tensioning.

Looks like it'll prove a slick mod, Bren...another example of how powerful the accumulated smarts here is in helping us all work easier.

So I was snooping around my chipper this morning.

The pipe coming off the turbo into the muffler is 2.5". I thought I was going to be able to just twist the 45 degree pipe right off the turbo towards the chute. The factory pipe is a little too long. I can get a shorter 45 degree, but it has a flared end for attatching to the turbo side. I'm thinking maybe I should buy another factory elbow and just sacrifice the flange off it? Any idears?
