Carrying rope

"On big removals I will often hang my rope off my hip in coils. Coiling the rope and hanging it from your belt is really quite simple. By taking a bite of the rope, wrapping the bite a couple of times around the coils then taking the bite through the top of the coils and clipping it onto a carabiner"

Thats pretty much what i always did.
Take a look at Mark C's laynerd.
Big ole monkey fist style coil.
I get meat hooked , for using such a long laynerd but, wow it really useful.
There are so many ways to carry the entire line aloft.
Invent us a new one.
